Lite fult och kalla de black friday pris och sen köra samma pris efter det.

Ordered a new fridge/freezer because my old one broke down. Ordered it on black week, and one of the main reasons I choose it was that it was in stock. Delivery within 3-5 days if I remeber correctly. After 9 days they said they no longer had it in stock but it would come in any day now. After 3 weeks they said they didn't get the delivery. This is the first time I said I would like to cancel the order but they days it would come in later the same week. So I waited another 2 weeks, remember I still don't have a working fridge in my home. No delivery. Now about 2 month's have passed and I called to cancel again and they said they would send me another one instead. Got deliver notifications the next day but magicly the fridge broke in transport and couldn't be delivered, surprise suprise. They said it would take another 2 days. 3 months later and 10 calls and 15 emails to the support they offer me an alternative to "upgrade" to a better one for a small fee. Says I rather cancel, but did look in to the fridge and it was an ok one, and for the 6 or 7th time they promised it would be delivered quickly and that they would include transport all the way in to my apartment. The fridge did arrive 4 days later, but nooo no carry help in to the apartment was included. Have to say this is the worst experience I ever had with a company, and because their inventory isn't correct either I would definitely just avoid them at all costs...

Skapade en lite "order" och gick på lunch. Av någon anledning så sparar dom inte din varukorg utan väljer att rensan den efter ett tag. Sitter och skapar om den. Den ber mig skapa ett konto och logga in, gör detta. ÅTERIGEN tömmer dom varukorgen och det går inte att gå tillbaka då är den fortfarande tom... Seriöst...
