Says the article is in remote warehouse and will be delivered in 4 days to Sweden. Then keeps on increasing the ship date everyday by one day. Ex: Ordered on 14th December with a predicted delivery date of 20th (total of 6 days including weekend). Then on Monday the 18th, the delivery date is pushed to 21st. And on Tuesday the 19th the delivery date is pushed to 22nd. Had I ordered it on Amazon I would have got it by 18th December. Just to save 50 kr I thought of trying ComputerSalg but it was an utter failure. I have now ordered via Amazon and waiting to get it in 2 days so that I can finally charge my new batteries.

Ordered a printer as it was almost 700 SEK cheaper than the alternatives. Package came within 3 days and that is acceptable as it was shipped from Finland. Product is brand new and worked without any issues.

Super fast and on time delivery. Map feature is really cool so that you know exactly when to get ready and go out to meet the driver. Thanks! Totally worth paying 200 kr for the delivery of a long ladder so that I save a trip to shop and probably damaging the car.

I was at Backaplan. Göteborg shop yesterday and the staff was nice. Of course the price was few 100s more than from other web shops but that is what you pay for going to a physical shop, check things out and get help by interacting with staff face-to-face. Will update this if I ever go back to them for warranty, service etc...

Update: Suddenly I got the product shipped on Thursday and received it on Friday. Still the website says the product will be in stock next week. So everything except info on stock/delivery were fine. Thus the rating was increased by 2 stars. Original: Ordered an item on Saturday which said it will be sent within 48 hours. Called on Wednesday (after 2 work days), and then they updated the order status to "Estimated delivery date to our warehouse" with 4 more additional work days. Would have been much better if the correct info was provided when ordering. (6 days are very different from 48 hours) At least it would have been much better if the status was updated or I was informed before I called and asked about it.
