I have purchased a Bosch heat pump (Bosch 3000i Climate) from Proshop.se which is unfortunately does not function as advertised - with severe icing issues even in mild temperatures well within published operating range. Proshop refuses to accept a return of the item. On investigation with the manufacturer I am informed the unit is not a Swedish model but rather has been imported from outside Sweden and accordingly renders the manufacturer warranty void. Proshop refuses to accept responsibility for either of the above and the case has been submitted to The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). It is important that consumers are aware that Proshop is engaging in misleading practices like this and that should you have issues with your purchase it appears Proshop will avoid responsibility and not honour their legal responsibilities voluntarily. I strongly recommend avoiding purchases through this vendor.
