It was easy. I reserved a click and collect but unfortunately I got sick in 3-4 days when I was informed that my reserved item is ready to collect. Then I bought it on-line and åaid it. I got what I wanted with best possible price. The item was read and I just picked it up in 2 minuter. I understand that returning an opened box of earbuds is not possible and I respect the return policy even the buds are always falling from my ears! :)) may be next time I should find a way to check out what passes to my ears!
