Order 2123732764. Took new unopened item back to the store for a refund. They said it wasn't delivered in their system even though it was marked as delivered on their website and I had a Bring tracking number that showed it delivered. They refused to issue a refund and asked I chase Bring. Same said via chat support. Bring told me Elgiganten were incorrect. What a waste of time and they won't even take accountability. Will not be shopping with Elgiganten on the web again.
