Ordered AirPods Pro with expected delivery date. Date passed, Budbee tracking said item had not been received from Komplett, chatted with them, they had three different answers: order is stuck between Norway and Sweden, order to be given to Budbee shortly, order is with Budbee but not scanned. Customer service in chat gave vague, conflicting answers, then became rude when asked to clarify. Check Trustpilot.se 2.0/5.0 rating and decided to cancel.

Order# 842638397 Nearly one month late with delivery. Ordered a 3799 kr color laser printer 28 April that was listed as in stock and with 2 May delivery date stated on website when ordered. The item did not get sent as promised, so I joined their chat which had a long wait period and extremely long response times. Ultimately, gave me a generic product delayed message and left the chat. They emailed on 8 May saying delayed to 14 May, they emailed on 15 May to say 21 May. 25 May and I still don't have the color laser printer, so I emailed them. They responded the next day with "the expected dates are not promised, the are preliminary." PostNord notification received 26 May for delivery 28 May.
