I made a big order with two products coming in stocks soon it said but after more than two weeks. I did not get the product and now they removed them as well so I basically waited for nothing it seems. I contacted customer support and they selectively answer certain questions only. I dont think you should state if products are coming in 1-3 days when it actually is not. If you remove one product as it will not come in time maybe you should look at the other one as well as I thought you will be sending the whole package as you removed the one with the issue while you still kept on pending for other product to come in stock!

So far I am happy with it. It works fine and I like to control it via wifi app. I wish there were more functions but it is hard to do so much via app really on a dryer so cant really complain hence the full stars.

I Just recently bought the machine and it is doing the work. It looks neat and I like the app to have more control. Sadly I only download one programme at a time which is sad to be honest.

I ordered on 15th of March a DVA305G Wine fridge. Their service and information was great at start. Once I received at home, I noticed that temperature and humidity sensors do not work correctly, wine fridge is loud and screen has black dirt or dead pixels. They sent a guy to fix it which takes around 3 weeks due to order parts from france etc. At this point, they were very fast with email reply and help. I told them is it not better to just replace the fridge as one usually do when the new appliance is broken but they said it will be efficiently to repair instead. Once the repair guy came to fix my wine fridge while I was at work. My wife let him in and he was done after some hours. I came back from home hoping to see a fully functional wine fridge now. Instead I see that temperature sensor work now but now the wine fridge does not turn on. I have some expensive wines in this which purpose is to age them. I told them to return my device to its condition when it actually had only faulty sensors. They said they have thrown away old parts and need to order new parts again! I had to run to a wine cellar and store my wines there which they promised to reimburse. I waited around 3 to 4 weeks again for new parts and I told them, just make sure this gets fixed now. Either replace it or repair, I do not care as long it is fully functional otherwise give me me money. They still try to repair one more time where they replace some parts and eventually the repair person says that compressor does not work anymore. I contacted vinkylen and they told they will take back this fridge. Again it has been three weeks but now they do not reply to my emails. When I call they say they will not let me speak to someone in charge and I have to wait till this person who is busy in meetings (apparently for 3 weeks) will contact me. I am suprised as many were happy here but I guess they did not have issues with their wine fridge. It is 12th of June and I still have this brick in my apartment. It has been around 3 months and still pending. I am frustrated and quite furious now. Conclusion: Very fast, informative support when buying Very fast and communicative when repairing Repair person do not have education or know how to properly fix it. Does not reply and no communication when sending back for a biggest brick I have in my kitchen!

Den har fantastisk ljud, samma nivå som min gamla momentum men noise cancellation är inte så bra alls och sen kan man inte inaktivera den. För den priset som jag har betalat vill jag gärna ha noise cancellation som funkar bra! Plus: Bra ljud Ingen kabel Minus: Noise cancellation kommer inte ens nära Bose quietcomfort 25 Kan inte stänga av Noise cancellation Sammanfattning: För priset jag betalar funkar inte riktig noise cancellation och sen känns det konstig med noise cancellation så man vill stänga av men det går inte. Jag säger, Gör om gör rätt!

OM jag skriver ner mer än 20 Mbytes/s då låter det för mycket!

Har varit snabb och enkel.. Jag har varit nöjd med support. Dem kan sina grejer!

Har funkat bra och alldrig haft problem med det. Enda saken som jag hatar är att dem tog ut linux som jag hade innan med uppdateringen.
