I made a big order with two products coming in stocks soon it said but after more than two weeks. I did not get the product and now they removed them as well so I basically waited for nothing it seems. I contacted customer support and they selectively answer certain questions only. I dont think you should state if products are coming in 1-3 days when it actually is not. If you remove one product as it will not come in time maybe you should look at the other one as well as I thought you will be sending the whole package as you removed the one with the issue while you still kept on pending for other product to come in stock!

Skickade efter recept belagd läkemedel för min hund, ser ut som jag får detta som express leverans, nu 3 dagar senare har jag inte fått leverans. Pratade ned kundtjänst i dag som lovade att återkomma, har inget hört, fortfarande. Så frustrerad, hade jag vist det hade såklart gått till närmaste apotek😭
