Update 2020.05.29: apparently poor build quality. I try to take care of my stuff, despite that wiring of right earpiece starting to fail. Crackling sound. Very bad experience. Original: Finally. Headset with large speakers which are able to reproduce wide scope of music and huge soundstage. And do not fall from ears! Not for purists, as highs may be a bit harsh in some scenarios.

Update: Customer service was in contact with me and resolved the issue in nice way. Thank you. ................... Ordered an item with 3 days delivery. After 13 days has passed - no item, no tracking number. Still no response from customer service for 6 days.

Double adhesive tape should be applied from the factory. Otherwise does the job.

Fast response. Nice colours. Quite light. Stable on desk. Note - 175Hz you get in overcklocked mode. Standart is 165Hz. Negative - low stand. Just 14cm above the desk. Games in HDR looks awesome.

They have no idea what phones they are selling. I have been in contact with 4! different persons in customer service, and all of them were wrong regarding Xperia 1 II phone when I asked about sim card quantity support. Each of them twice confirmed phone supports dual-sim, untill I persist pushing them to tripple check exact model of the phone. Apparently, no dualsim. They even told me to check phone specs on gsmarena.com! Really bad experience with customer support.

Not a flexible business with 0 focus on customer. Had a situation with wrong order but they refused to change it claiming the order was shipped, but it was just "electronic shipping instructions received"! Return not possible, as it was a cream. Bad experience, you just lost a loyal customer.
