The online process is okay. But, I recently bought an accessory and opted for a pickup from the store. At the counter, twice I asked for a camera which was on display, but the person didn't show the camera to me, instead just checked if the accessory was compatible. I knew it was compatible, that's why I bought it, but I wanted to check if that was sold with the new camera.
