
Disastrous experience. After a longer delivery time than initially stated the ordered item was stored in an "iBoxen". Being totally unaware of the significance of my correct telephone number when ordering (was filled in automatically) I was not able to open the box. Over the next days I begged Computersalg`s customer service (CDON was using this company) several times to send the SMS that is needed to open the box. Each time the answer was that I could open it anyway. When I sent them a mail reply I received from DHL that it is them to change the number so I could open my box they claimed they cannot do anything. So I cancelled the order ( no choice anyway because it will be sent back to them automatically) because I wanted to have a xmas present in time. The next mail I received from Computersalg`s customer service was that they did not realise that my item was in an "iBoxen" and that they will ask DHL for a correction.I wrote many times and very clearly that my item was in an "iBoxen"- this statement is very awkward. At this moment I had already ordered the same item at a serious company. To sum it up, never experienced such an incompetent customer service ever before.
