Extremely bad service and slow shipping! There is no transparency from their part. Apparently VAT is not included in their prices when you order to outside of the EU. In this way, they can put cheap prices and you will only find it out if you thoroughly read through the Q&A at the bottom of the website. Expect to pay a solid amount from your country's customs (I paid 110 EUR extra for a 300 EUR order). Not only that, they are very shady when it comes to shipping. My order is already over 2 weeks late, and no update from their part. To make it worse, they changed the delivery address after I had ordered, meaning my package will arrive at someone else's place... I've been trying to contact them for 2 days, and they take 0 responsibility for their mistakes and simply say 'the shipping is already sent and there is nothing we can do'. Strongly discourage Tradeinn, Bikeinn and all their other filials.
