Unauthorized Charge of 189 SEK I am writing this as both a public review and a formal notice. An unauthorized charge of 189 SEK was made from my bank account after a one-time purchase on your website. I was never informed that my order would include a recurring paid membership, nor did I give any explicit consent to ongoing payments. Your checkout process fails to disclose any recurring subscription, which constitutes a violation of: EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (Articles 6–8), Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, and The Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). When I contacted your support team, I was falsely told that I “actively accepted” the membership. I have full documentation and screenshots proving that no such consent was ever given. This charge is therefore unauthorized and illegal. I have already cancelled any possible subscription from my side to prevent further misuse. If I do not receive a full refund of 189 SEK within five (5) business days, I will proceed with: A formal complaint to Konsumentverket (Swedish Consumer Agency) and ECC Sweden (European Consumer Centre), A chargeback request through Visa/Mastercard, and Submission of all evidence to relevant EU authorities for deceptive e-commerce practices under EU Regulation 2018/302. Please confirm the refund in writing.
