My experience is that Nordiska Galleriet is a highly unreliable, dishonest and consumer-unfriendly company.
After waiting 19 weeks for my order, after me contacting Nordiska Galleriet again (they do not bother to inform that order is late), I got this email:
Thank you for your mail. We are moving our warehouse right now to improve the long-term experience for you as a customer, which unfortunately means that our deliveries have been temporarily affected. We work hard to minimize delays and hope to be able to deliver your order as soon as possible. We really apologize for the fact that your delivery time has been affected by this. I am sorry to say that I can't tell exactly when your order will be delivered. It can unfortunately take 1-2 more weeks. Do you want to cancel your order? Have a good day! Med vänliga hälsningar,

I bought a String bookshelf on 29 Nov. 2020. The delivery date was week 4, then week 10, and today I heard (after me contacting them) week 14. Not a single reason was given. String bookshelf is not custom made furniture.
