I haven't received the order even after two weeks; they have to send it another time after a missing report on the first one, and still second attempt the package has not reached. We miss the gift that is selected to give it on a birthday party , very sad. seems they have an insufficient supply chain, post nord connected with them is not very useful in tracking its whereabouts. Overall frustrating.
