
I purchased a Dreame vacuum cleaner from MFIVE in July 2025. The first serious problem appeared in November 2025. Since then, I have experienced months of delays, unclear communication, repeated repairs and replacements, and ongoing technical problems. After waiting from December 2025 until March2026 for a solution, I received a replacement unit that was still not working correctly. The charger had to be replaced, then the battery had to be replaced, and after only a few weeks the replacement battery stopped charging as well. As of June 2026, more than six months after the original warranty claim, I still do not have a reliably functioning product. My main concern is not only the product itself, but the extremely slow handling of the case, the lack of clear timelines, and the repeated failures of the replacement parts provided. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend MFIVE customer service.
