Worse online shopping experience ever! I chose CDON as it had a good delivery date for my husband’s birthday gift (bread maker). I contacted them 4 days after delivery should have arrived, only to be told it was out of stock without any future delivery date. Three weeks later and I still have not been refunded. The email contact was slow and unapologetic. I have honestly never experienced such bad service, without any sense that they are trying to help correct the customer’s problem. I will never risk buying anything from here again - don’t be tempted by lower prices because it is not worth the pain.
