
Very frustrating experience with E-Ville. Customer support was extremely slow and communication was confusing. I had to repeat the same explanations multiple times because my messages were not properly understood. At one point the conversation was even mixed up with a completely different product, which delayed the process even more. Because of these delays a campaign I was waiting for expired while I was still trying to get a clear answer. I also received a defective product and the company was not solution-oriented, which forced me to file a complaint with ARN in Sweden. Overall the whole process took far longer than necessary and became unnecessarily complicated. Based on my experience I cannot recommend E-Ville.
