I had an extremely poor experience with Scandinavian Photo. My order from December 15th was listed as “in stock,” yet parts of it weren’t shipped until days later—and only after I contacted customer service did I learn that several items were not actually available. Despite confirming that I needed the order before December 20th, they delivered it to the courier on the 20th. The package returned to them, but instead of processing the return, they sent it back to me again and required me to return it myself. After finally returning the package on January 22nd, I received a partial refund nearly a month later with no explanation. Poor communication, missed deadlines, incorrect information, and an incomplete refund. I will not be shopping here again.
