I ordered a massage chair and was supposed to receive two boxes, but I only got one box (half of the chair). I have been waiting for the other one for two weeks now. No one answers me in customer service, and I have tried calling several times with no response. Now I’m left with a chair that I can’t assemble because it’s incomplete.
