Their tone was condescending and unprofessional, implying they were “doing me a favour” by refunding a legally defective product. The perfume loss was worth about 150 SEK, and the entire interaction gave off deceitful, bad-faith vibes. No legitimate retailer with genuine customer relations behaves this way. They show no sense of responsibility or integrity — only interest in what they can get, not in retaining customers. Their replies to other negative reviews show the same dismissive attitude. If they can mislead you, they will. I strongly advise avoiding this company and taking your business to more serious and trustworthy retailers.
