When contacting Apotek Hjärtat Customer Service, prepare yourself for an excruciating 3hours of waiting in the queue, 20% less phone battery, and ending up with no resolution. They try to get rid of calls by promising to supposedly help arrange and sort out a delivery of a package. The next thing you'll know is that didn't happen. And when you call them back they play dumb and just tell you "Well, we can't see any NOTE on this package saying that. So we can't help you!". A bunch of liars. If you find yourself in a similar situation, think twice or at least make sure you get some guarantee on what you agreed with them, if at all any. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Sad to see they allow people like this to work or operate in the country's health care sector. Very worrying!
