I ordered planting pots which turned out to be of very bad quality (it was not possible to assemble the planks due to incorrect placing of the holes in most of the elements). Firstly, I was offered a few options and I chose to receive spare parts however as soon as I checked all products and confirmed which spare parts I need, I received a reply that the parts are not even in stock. I requested a return and refund and the consultants kept making mistakes while confirming which products are to be returned and they even told me to carry the products to a drop point myself (over 60 kg) which I clearly refused to do. When the transportation company was finally arranged, they did not arrive on a specified date (and I was home all day because the company could not confirm when exactly between 8-17 they can come). I have been promised the next-day arrangement which turned out to take 4 days to organise instead. When the carrier arrived this time, he did not have any return labels on him so again could not take the items. He finally arrived the next day (which was the third attempt, requiring me to be available at home on a working day 3 times) with two labels for 3 packages, so he used a tape to make 1 package out of two smaller ones. When I confirmed the pick-up of items, VidaXL processed a refund of approx 1500kr out of the total amount of 3500kr, without even checking with me or asking which items I returned. They only processed a full refund after the matter was escalated and after I managed to get hold of an agent over the phone. From start to finish, extremely stressful, time-draining and unprofessional experience I will never wish to have again and I do not wish that to anyone.
