So they are aware of all messages, but they don't care to answer to customer support. I am quite sure they'll use any questionably legal method to trick you and make your life harder. Phone number on their webpage is useless! Its there just to notify you that you should use chat or email function. You'll just waste money calling to Great Britain. So customer support is fake. After waiting for long time nobody is answering to my chat messages. Also there is message on their webpage if you leave review here you'll get up to 10% off your current order, seams also not true. Delivery time for item i bought is 2-5 days, in email confirmation delivery time is moved to about 10 days. Starting to regret using shopbetter.eu and recommend everyone NOT TO USE it!

Stupid design, again! On night mode two led lights are lit, if you turn off machine there are also two led lights on. So if you want completely dark room buy another product or put something like tape on this led lights. Also it's not really quiet, there is a buzzing sound coming out when on. Mobile app is also bad, changes made on machine doesn't reflect in app, so it's possible to get some weird effects. Humidity measurement is completely of, after a minute it goes from 40 till 65, also it doesn't turn off att adjusted humidity. Otherwise is good I guess.
