Last Thursday, I received a BluRay box set that I paid almost 600kr for and it came un-sealed, missing product that was supposed to be contained inside and had a "return" sticker with a bar code on the back, meaning Amazon had sent me a Prime product that was sent back and written off as "damaged" by another customer. I had paid for a Brand-New Sealed item, as was confirmed by customer service when I contacted them. I had to send it back, they refused to replace it and only issue a refund, which I must wait 14 days for.
