I have never received my product because the seller "Lybertek" sent it from France and PostNord rejected the package when it arrived to Sweden as it was "not complying with the terms of service". After this the seller went silent and not responded me nor CDON support, while still were selling the product (but now at an increased price to cover the obviously more expensive delivery). I don't understand why CDON lets these scammers to use their platform. They were sitting on my money for more than a month (15k kr) and I have never received the product.
This is 99.9% the same washing machine as last year (2019) the WD4HU540DN was. Interestingly that machine was around 10.000 SEK, so this is not a good buy unless they decrease the price to 10.000 kr.
1. Bought 128GB 3600MHz DDR4 RAM on sale price @ BLACK FRIDAY. 2. They modified the product designation for the artikelnr that I ordered, so it showed 3000MHz in the Picking List instead of 3600MHz. When I complained at the customer service they were arrogant and said that I ordered the 3000MHz one. 3. Then I showed them the orginal Order Cofirmation and proved that the artikelnr that I ordered was 3600MHz both BEFORE and AFTER they sent me the 3000MHz version. 4. Then as a solution they offered me to refund if I send it back the item unopened, and then I can place a new order on the same item again. Great... except that the sale price is long gone, so I would need to pay 8000kr extra to receive what I have originally ordered: The 3600MHz version.
