I bought and paid for two tires for my motorcycle in April, which I really needed at the end of May. I thought I had bought in good time and of course I thought that these would arrive at my place in good time before my event five weeks later. After a little over a week I get a text message asking me to choose where and how to pick up these tires. According to the tracking information, they are on their way to me in Umea. I waited a few days to receive a message that I can pick up the tires at the chosen location, but no information that I can pick them up comes. I then check the tracking link and can see, to my surprise, that the tires arrived in my hometown, Umea, on the evening of May 5th and then are at the parcel terminal one day, May 6th, just to be returned the same day, in the evening. I contact TradeInn/MotardInn, which is not entirely simple, and I wonder what is happening, of course I don't get any answer, TradeInn/MotardInn can only deliver AI generated rubbish like: "Thank you for contacting us. Please note that we inform you that your package will be returned to us, as soon as we receive it we will refund you." As well as the information that the return may take three to four weeks... Taking my money in April, then screwing up the delivery and then delaying until June (according to an email from TradeInn/MotardInn on May 13th) to pay back the money is almost criminal. I have asked repeatedly via email to customer service what is happening, but I get no explanation at all, only the AI ​​generated rubbish in response. Unfortunately, it will be completely impossible for me to get other tires for my event at the end of May, so I will probably have to cancel this. It was something I never imagined could happen, but "thanks" to TradeInn/MotardInn it will happen, I can not go to the event I have planned for since March 2025. Don't buy from TradeInn/MotardInn, they take your money and then you can't trust them to deliver. So after giving a one star review at another review site, MotardInn want to investigate the order, by asking for reference number. Why did you not do that after I have sent eight! emails regarding this matter to your customer support? I have asked specific questions in those emails what is/has happened to this order during the delivery after it became obvious that the parcel would not be delivered. But TradeInn/MotardInn did not care at all answering those questions. But after a one star review they seem very interested all the sudden! Reference number to my order: 58176701
