Received fake Apple Airpods, complained about that, got a response from the seller that they are genuine(which is not true). After that the seller stopped responding. CDON support didn't respond either. They have phone number that you can call 2 days a week, for only 2.5 hours. After trying for a couple of days to make that call(they don't answer right away, you have to wait like 20 minutes) finally got a return label. Sent the return, which they received on May 22. As of June 4, I haven't heard back from them. They don't answer my emails, I guess I need to spend a couple of days calling them again. I think this is the worst experience I've had with online shopping so far.
