A terrible experience overall
Bought a watch together with a 5 year warranty in case it malfunctioned. It did and I sent it in 3 times to get fixed and it was fixed 2 times until I declined a third repair.
The seller has the right to try to fix the product a couple of times before the customer can ask for another product or their MONEY BACK.
I do not want another product of the overpriced selection offered. I want my money back as my Swedish consumer rights proclaim. I attempted to claim this right more times than I can to remember and if the customer service did not ignore my many emails they would keep offering another product after I kept declining time after time.
This situation dragging on for months and at this point over a year.
Slow to deliver each time on top of that.
Last time I sent my watch in I have not got it back nor have I received a refund.
A terrible, bad, sad and frustrating experience.
