Purchased a bed from this company with the assumption that it would be delivered no later than the listed date. First thing that happens is that the bed gets stuck in transit because somehow one of the nine pieces has gone missing. This goes on for two weeks while they "look for" the missing piece. Decide to go ahead with delivery because I've been told that it is "phantom" piece, turns out this missing is half of the middle mattress?! Not only that, they two sets of legs of which half were missing, it only got better after we realised that the braces from the base had been "forgotten". Next came the terrible communication, only replies after I sent them multiple messages and calls to figure out what our next step was. Finally after threatening legal action was told that I would get the missing pieces ASAP. Well ASAP means over two weeks after expected delivery date and leaves me screwing in 8 braces by hand (when they should have come attached). Whatever, okay surely we will be compensated fairly, nope less than 5% of the what we paid. I could have earnt more interest investing in something compared to how long they had my money but I had no bed!
