I am so disappointed with this Reväkor company! I bought a luggage from them last May and returned it straight away because they don’t have any customer service. I paid the said purchase through Klarna and returned the product on the 20th of May thru PostNord. But until now for more than one month, I don’t get any refund and Resväkor is not even giving any updates to Klarna. Just wondering if this company is really a serious one and I used to believe Swedish seriousness in everything but this company is giving me a lot of doubts!
