It feels fresh and different from all the rest phones in the market. I got the white colour variant and looks slick, it is plastic though but that oldschool feel of solid plastic from the Nokia times. Compared to the Samsung A56 & Pixel 9a (10a is more expensive) I felt it worth more money for its value. The OS is decluttered from all the fluff that comes pre-installed with the Samsungs. It's not a flagship phone but it goes through everything withouth any issues. Cameras are decent but not great, they struggle with low lighting (but that is the case with all mid-rangers) BIG BONUS: It has a micro-sd slot! In an industry were one must pay €200+ for getting a larger internal memory Fairphone can take up to 2GB micro SD cards
The keyboard feels very solid and is nice to type with but it turns out that the bolt receiver of the MX Keys S is interfering with the bolt receiver of the logitech MX Master 3s. On top of that, the battery of the MX 3s is draining much faster since I got the keyboard, something that makes me suspect is linked to the connection problems. It is ridiculous that 2 premium products of the same manufacturer cannot work together!
Holding the phone with the case feels weirdly uncomfortable. Not sure what type of hands Samsung had in mind when they tested this. The case is quite heavy, making the phone feel heavier with an unbalanced weight distribution. My advise is test it in your hands before you buy it.
The mouse is very nice, with lots of functions and shortcuts that you can build yourself. However, in order to get all these features, one needs to use logitech's app which is a HUGE DISAPOINTMENT. The app is crashing oftentimes resulting in messing up all your settings in the mouse. Updates fail or take hours to be installed, leaving you with a mouse that is no more functional than a classic computer mouse. In conclusion, the mouse is very nice but the whole experience and functionality you get is let down by a poor software that logitech is having, which is unacceptable given the price tag of the product and the size of the company. Bonus: Their support is even worse than their app, stuck in endless rounds of chats with a chatbot that is completely useless. My verdict: Avoid Logitech
The positive is that it's lightweight, the screen is fine in brightness and resolution. The processor is performing good and never had a problem with handling any task or 10s of tabs open. battery life is okay. The negative is that it's too expensive for what it is (I bought it at 12000 sek) and if you are really considering buying it, I'd advise to buy it if it's on discount or look in the used market for any decent ones.
