Promise much and deliver less. Spareparts took several months to recive. My electrical bike wasn't working properly so I was supposed to get help since the warranty still was still in use. First they couldn't deliver the parts so I had to wait for a long time, then they sent the parts to someone else. Then they wanted me to wait to until they got the parts back from the person. After a long time I said they had to order new parts because that plan did not seem to work. After a long time again when I told them that my bicycle was unlegal since it now runs by it self (more like a moped) and doesn't have a speedometer I got the parts. But they were used....... So.... Had I waited for several months for used parts... Now they now told me since there was an urgency they solved the problem with taking parts from a used bike. Well... They could have told me that before sending the parts. So sorry Blimo I really can't recommend you to anyone.....
