Well I order an item, it had delivery time 2-5 working days. 3 weeks later I am still waiting and Power sent me 3 different emails to review me so I decided to do as they asked
They had a deal on desks on their website yesterday 24/02. There was nowhere any information regarding the end date of the deal. I went the today 25/2 to buy the desk and the deal was gone even though the banner was still on. So I cantacted the customer support to see if I can still get the deal the reply from An. was no. And when I explained the lack of information and the banner being still on the only answer I received was "The prices thats on the website is the current price" not even an apology for the misinformation. This is what I call the opposite of a smooth customer experience.
Turns put the customer service was eager and found out and fixed a technical issue regarding a product.
They keep sending false key numbers. I made a misttake and bought without checking reviews. 1-star reviews are real, however I am not so sure about the 5-star ones.
