Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't respond to emails or update you at all on your order status. I placed an order over 2 months ago but received the wrong item (a less expensive handball than the one I ordered). They claimed that they will send me the correct item, but this was nearly 2 weeks ago. So, after over 2 months from placing my order, I still don't have what I purchased, I am stuck with an item I do not want, and Sport Total still has my money. And their website is painfully slow. Stay away.
