Really useful functionality that saves time and effort since you don't need to be there to remove the tea once it's done. Particularly useful when working from home since it only requires setup and then may be forgotten for a while. I personally use it every day. However, I think they could have done it better: • The sound when the tea goes up and down is surprisingly high and might be considered annoying. Personally I'm ok with it though. • The tea cage is a bit tricky to put in place, and it's lid can sometimes get loose when it gets stuck on the edge when putting it in the kettle. Then the tea comes out into the water and makes a mess. • The excess water does not drip from the tea cage as it should once the tea is finished and the cage is lifted. The bottom is too flat for this to work. I usually take it out and put it in an angle on a cup to get rid of the excess water. • The suggested temperature and time for the different tea sorts does not correspond to the tea I use. Especially since the tea I use can be brewed three times, each time with different time and temperature. Therefore I need to make custom settings every time I brew which requires 9 button presses before I may set the desired time and temperature with the wheels. • The wheels for increasing or decreasing temperature and time are hard to use. Sometimes they're slippery, especially if your hands are wheat. Sometimes the wheel movement is interpreted incorrectly so that there is an increase when it should've been a decrease and vice-versa. • After some time of use there appears something that looks like dirt on the edges of the lid. Maybe some kind of glue..? When it appears, it may be removed with a cloth and then it will be another couple of month before this need to be repeated.
