Investing in and getting started with a projector for watching movies and series at home has long been a fairly technically advanced and expensive affair. That is still partly true if you want perfect picture and sound. As technology has advanced, a new type of projector has begun to appear that is intended to be both easier to use and, above all, smaller and thus more portable. Some even have a built-in battery to be placed almost anywhere. In this list we have identified five of the best mini projectors right now. It is important to remember that these types of projectors, for the moment and in most cases, do not match larger variants where brightness in particular does not reach the same level. This means they require as dark a room as possible to display an acceptable image. The environment relative to a projector's brightness is probably the single most important factor to consider when buying. Smaller projectors typically range between about 300 - 1000 ANSI lumens, while a decent, slightly larger projector manages between 2000 - 4000 ANSI lumens.
