Pre-purchase: Didn't get back to me after two emails (4 and 5 Oct) and three phone calls prior to purchase to arrange for home delivery on a specific date (going on holiday for two weeks). They promised to call me/email me back a few times. After another email on 21 Oct, they shrugged it off and said they must have missed my emails.
Purchase: Eventually ordered to local pickup location on 23 Oct due to non-response pre-purchase. Straightforward on website. Said 6-8 days shipping on two of the radiators, guessing they were on order from the supplier.
Delivery: Company only shipped 3 out of 5 radiators with other controllers, arriving 8 Nov. Wife called the next week, they were backordered with supplier. Promised delivery by 21 Nov. Sitting here on 27 Nov with no other communication or radiators. Emailed them today and left this review. 28 Nov ElKatalogen says item is still backordered to 5 Dec and will forward on afterwards.
