I ordered a TV from CDON and got the confirmation mail for my order.
2 days later I received an invoice for the TV, and no information on the status of my order.
Today, 5 days later, I contacted them to inquire when the TV would be delivered and they told me that the order had been cancelled for some error with the product in the store! They didn't even offered a solution and only added that the invoice was, of course, also cancelled.

Went immediately to buy the TV in Mediamarkt; far better service!
