Beställde ett par skor. Gick bra! Skickades dagen efter men tog 2 dagar för schenker att få hit paketet.

otroligt långsamma att leverera,när man prara med kundtjänst så är de vänliga men utan att det resulterar i någon som helst förbättring av leveranstiderna

Har beställt ett par ggr. Och de gånger jag har varit i kontakt med dem har jag upplevt dålig support och att de inte håller inte vad de lovar. Får 2 stjärnor för att när det väl fungerar så får man varan (man blir inte blåst), men annars kass! Bör undvikas

Beställde två par sneakers, leverans på tre dagar. Jag har inget att klaga på.

Köpte ett par sportskor som kom hem efter 2 arbetsdagar. Storleken var för liten så jag gjorde en retur/byte och fick hem skorna i den nya storleken efter ytterligare 2 arbetsdagar. + Bra pris + Snabb leverans + Smidig retur/byte + Min retur bekräftades av kundtjänst (feedback på vad som händer är alltid positivt!) Det enda som hindrar mig från att sätta 10/10 är att leveranstiderna kunde vara ännu kortare.

Ingen support över huvud taget! Beställde två par skor för 1 månad(!) sedan och försöker få kontakt med SNS om var skorna tar vägen. Mailat två gånger utan besked. Ringt 3 ggr med 30 minuters väntetid och blir bortkopplad sen. Ringer butiken i Stockholm som säger att de skall återkomma men ingen hör av sig. Dessutom har man betalt för skorna. Kan inte rekommendera någon att handla av detta oseriösa företag. Skandal! Det blir ARN nästa.

The 4 star is only because of the huge selection of sneakers, and the good amount of sales. Ive ordered from this site three times. All three times the sneakers were on sale. Now ive noticed that when there is sale they are amazingly behind in everything. Delivery times are crazy long, handling times are crazy long and then the big issue is when, even though they have charged you for the items they suddenly dont have half of the items and the other half they just ship. First time it went allright i guess, it took them 3-4 days to handle and another 3-4 days before the item arrived, ordered one pair of sneaker. Second time, i ordered 2 pair of sneakers, after 6-7 days of handling time they without any futher notice shipped one pair, even though they had charged me for both. I emailed and asked them about the other pair, and they told me that something had went wrong and that the amount for the other pair they will return to account, they did and it took 14 days. I really just wanted to cancel the hole order but didnt. So to phrase up, it took 6-7 days to handle and they shipped one pair, that took 3-4 days to arrive. The money for the other item took 14 days to arrive. NOT GOOD. The third time i have ordered 4 pairs, and i ordered them this wendsday, a little before 11 in the morning, its now friday 15.45 and ive heard nothing from them. I have a feeling that they are gonna do the same thing as last time and only ship half of the items, now one thing is for certain, if they dont ship all 4 items im gonna cancel the hole order. The problem with this site is that you never know whats going on, that means that there isnt any type of customer service, thats too bad. So the 4 stars is for right now, when i know more i will update this review, the stars wont go up for more than one either way, but if they fail to deliver this is a below one star company! If you look at trustpilot there is a lot of people complaining over this company, some experience the same as me some have trouble sending the items back and they have to pay a huge deliver fee. If you have cons or pros about this company dont hesitate to leave a review, it just helps other customers. Update The shoes came today the 9 sec 2015, all 4 pairs. The delivery time is insane, 15 days from ordering to receiving. The positive thing is that all 4 pairs came. I hope that they can figure a way to deliver the items faster cause they probably is the best sneaker site.

Har beställt hos dem vid två tillfällen. Vid andra gången vart jag påmind att leveranstiden var längre än vanligt, totalt 1,5 vecka. Jag vart överraskad när varan var på plats efter två dagar från lagd order. Därför höjer jag betyget. Nöjd med hur beställningen gick till och leveransen. Tog inte för lång tid. Dock blev jag förvånad att systemet de använder sig av registrerar mig som medlem när jag fyllt i mina leveransuppgifter. Hade jag velat bli medlem, hade jag valt det. Gillar inte att jag blir det per automatik. Det händer ju inte hos andra kedjor. I alla fall, medlemskapet löste sig genom att maila dem och fick kontot bortplockat efter leveransen av varan.

Leveransen kom efter 3 dagar, varan och storleken stämde. Helt nöjd.
